Lead-roofing suppliers allowed more time to respond to UK CMA's antitrust charges

( June 27, 2019, 11:23 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: UK lead-roofing suppliers Associated Lead Mills and its sister company Jamestown Metals, HJ Enthoven (trading as BLM British Lead) and Calder Industrial Materials have more time to respond to antitrust charges from the Competition and Markets Authority. The companies now have until October, rather than the previous deadline of May, to provide their responses to the CMA's Statement of Objections — filed in March — which said they had colluded on prices and exchanged commercially sensitive information.Statement follows....
