With the Marienborg declaration, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland have committed to collectively bring the offshore wind capacity to almost 20 gigawatts — from the current 2.8 GW — and to pursue faster permitting processes. To replace Russian energy in the short run, the signatories also agreed to collaborate to increase the fuel imported by sea, including liquified natural gas and biogas.Declaration follows, PDF attached....
