Plaintiff death stalls appeal over Disney privacy suit

( June 16, 2016, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An appeal to revive a class action over allegations that Disney violated privacy law should be dismissed because the lead plaintiff has died, a lawyer for late plaintiff James Robinson said. Robinson accused Disney of violating laws meant to protect video privacy by disclosing viewing histories and Roku serial numbers, but the suit was dismissed after a judge found that information isn't personally identifying. The lawyer behind the appeal, Roger Perlstadt, said he might ask to reinstate the appeal if he can find another plaintiff.See document below....
