Google undermining Arizona privacy suit by improperly filing non-confidential documents under seal, state AG says

( August 30, 2022, 22:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Google is undermining litigation filed by the Arizona attorney general over the Internet giant's collection of location data through Android smartphones by improperly filing hundreds of non-confidential documents under seal, lawyers for the AG said. "Despite repeated objections from the State, Google has designated expert reports as 'Attorneys Eyes Only' in their entirety — conduct other courts have found to be sanctionable. These actions significantly impede the State's ability to respond to motions and litigate the case," the AG told a Maricopa County Superior Court judge in a filing.See attached document....
