US Commerce amends antidumping duty rates for Korean steel pipe to align with trade court decisions

( August 30, 2022, 19:29 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Commerce Department has amended the antidumping duty rates assigned to circular welded non-alloy steel pipe imported from South Korea between Nov. 1, 2015, and Oct. 31, 2016, to align with the Court of International Trade's Aug. 24 decision. Commerce calculated the amended duty orders without the inclusion of a 'particular market situation,' assigning a 12.92 percent antidumping rate to Hyundai Steel Company and a 9.77 percent rate to SeAH Steel Corp.See document below....
