EIB approves EUR3 billion in clean transport, energy finance

( June 17, 2016, 10:28 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Investment Bank today approved 7.4 billion euros of new financing for projects across the EU, including 3 billion euros for low-carbon energy and transport ventures. Projects in the two industries will be given money from the European Fund for Strategic Investments, which was set up in 2014 to generate 315 billion euros of investments.
