PLDT, Globe Telecom give in to Philippine antitrust commission’s demands in San Miguel deal

Both companies also maintain the position that the deal is deemed approved and can no longer be challenged by the PCC. PLDT lawyer Ray C. Espinosa said the telcos made separate submissions to the PCC on June 16, 2016....
