CIT sustains in part, remands in part results of ninth administrative review of frozen fish from Vietnam

( June 16, 2016, 22:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Court of International Trade has sustained the majority of the US Department of Commerce’s results in the ninth administrative review on the antidumping order covering frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. The court sustained the agency’s selection of Indonesia as the primary surrogate country and the choice of surrogate value data on nine of eleven challenged factors of production. The remaining two surrogate value selections were remanded to Commerce for reconsideration, and the Court also granted a voluntary remand request to reconsider a calculation on glazing weight for Vinh Hoan.See document below....
