McGraw-Hill, Barnes & Noble, others say students can't bring antitrust claims over course materials

( December 4, 2020, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: McGraw-Hill Global Education, Barnes & Noble and others being accused by students of conspiring to limit the market for high education course materials have moved for a US federal judge to dismiss. “Despite student plaintiffs’ claim that Inclusive Access programs force them to pay more for course materials, the lengthy complaint provides not a single example of course materials purchased through an Inclusive Access program that cost more than the same course materials outside of Inclusive Access,” they said.
