Competition Bureau, Kobo propose schedule for e-books settlement challenge

Under the proposed schedule, the bureau will refer a question for determination to the Competition Tribunal on April 15, 2014, and Kobo will file either a motion to strike or a response to the bureau's reference on April 29, 2014.See document below....
