Ex-New York governor Paterson fined by SEC for movie production infractions

Three former executives of the company, called Medient Studios and later Moon River Studios, were charged with defrauding investors as part of a purported project to construct the biggest movie studio in North America near Savannah, Georgia, the SEC said....
