Bedoya. He said that those companies will face inquiries on whether the collection needs to happen, why and how they use the data, and what more they can do to protect users. Bedoya said that he intends to do everything in his power to ensure that federal laws protecting sensitive data laws are enforced rigorously and encouraged state enforcers to prioritize similar, and occasionally overlapping, state laws.See document below. ...
