ITC opens dumping, subsidy probes on staples from China, South Korea, Taiwan

( June 13, 2019, 16:28 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US International Trade Commission announced it has initiated investigations into allegations that certain collated staples from China, South Korea and Taiwan have been sold at less than fair market value in the US and have been subsidized by China, threatening or harming the domestic industry. The commission must issue a preliminary determination by July 22 unless the US Commerce Department extends the time for initiation, according to an online version of the ITC notice scheduled to be published on June 16 in the Federal Register.See attached document below....
