EU derivatives contracts to get extra year for transfer from UK counterparties

( November 23, 2020, 17:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: EU companies holding derivatives with a UK counterparty should be granted an extra year to transfer them within the bloc without triggering Brussels requirements on bilateral margins and clearing, the European Supervisory Authorities have proposed.
