CIT sustains most of Commerce remand results in frozen fish fillets from Vietnam

( June 3, 2016, 19:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Court of International Trade has sustained most of the US Department of Commerce’s remand results in the eighth administrative review of frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. The court sustained the agency’s use of Indonesia as the primary surrogate value country, a change from the preliminary determinations that had used Bangladesh; the decision to calculate the dumping margins based on net weight sales; and a treatment of some sales as consignment sales. The court remanded a decision to cap the value of fish oil and another byproduct, for reconsideration or further explanation.See document below....
