Italian watchdog lowers antitrust fine imposed on Estra

( October 17, 2017, 09:05 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Italian competition authority has adjusted an antitrust fine imposed on Estra Reti Gas and Estra to 165,679 from 276,132 euros, following a ruling handed down in August by the administrative court in Rome. The fine had been imposed in 2012 because Estra was found to have abused its dominant position in the gas-distribution market in the region of Prato by delaying the award of the most competitive service provider during public tenders.Full statement follows in Italian....
