Pennsylvania consumer protection law changes sought by AG would create backdoor antitrust law, state Chamber says

( September 30, 2019, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Changes to Pennsylvania's consumer protection law, proposed by Attorney General Josh Shapiro, would create a state antitrust law without a legislative mandate, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry said in a public comment on the proposed rulemaking. The business group also said the proposed definitions of "unfair" conduct that would be made illegal "is so broadly defined that no business could prospectively comply."See document below....
