( October 16, 2017, 06:36 GMT | Insight) -- India's Nuziveedu Seeds NSL said it will not go for a settlement in an intellectual property dispute with Monsanto over its genetically-modified cotton seeds, although three other Indian companies recently ended arbitration proceedings with the US seed giant, Live Mint reports.India's Nuziveedu Seeds NSL said it will not go for a settlement in an intellectual property dispute with Monsanto over its genetically-modified cotton seeds, although three other Indian companies recently ended arbitration proceedings with the US seed giant, Live Mint reports. NSL said it was misled by Mahyco Monsanto Biotech (India)'s false intellectual property claims and that Monsanto should not be allowed to collect royalties from the use of its seeds, for which end users already made an initial payment. It said Monsanto should refund the $109.50 million NSL has paid since 2004 when it signed the licensing agreement and that it will proceed with its case at the Delhi High Court....
