Vodafone filed the petition at the Bombay High Court, adding that another petition challenging a previous IUC reduction was still pending in courts. Trai had decided in September to cut the IUC from 14 paise to 6 paise a minute, which would lead to a major loss in net revenue for Vodafone and fellow incumbent telcos Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular.  ...
