​BladeRoom Group, Bripco seek partial summary judgment on breach of contract claims against Facebook, Emerson

Davila for partial summary judgment on their breach of contract claims against both Facebook and Emerson Electric. The plaintiffs say that Facebook and Emerson each breached their respective non-disclosure agreements by disclosing their confidential information to each other in discussions and meetings they held in 2012. They also asked Davila to grant summary judgment against the defendants' equitable estoppel defense, Facebook's unclean hands and laches defenses, and Emerson's failure to perform defense.See document below. ...
