CBA says current Canadian immunity program working well

( January 22, 2018, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Competition Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association filed comments in response to the Canadian Competition Bureau regarding its draft immunity program bulletin. The CBA believes that the existing program is working well and the bureau’s past approach of “incremental review and refinement has ensured that the program has remained current.” The CBA also says that the existing program “strikes a balance between the interests of law enforcement, immunity applicants and the criminally accused.”See document below....
