The SEC warns that Goldxtreme Trading Co., while registered with the SEC to engage in the retail of gold jewelry and other accessories, is not licensed to solicit investments. The second company, J79 Galore Online Marketing, is not registered with the commission and holds no license to operate. Both companies lure potential victims through low investment buy-ins and promises of high rates of return upon successful recruitment of other investors....
