UK is card-fraud capital of Europe, think tank says

The Social Market Foundation said card fraud costs 8,800 pounds ($10,700) per thousand people in the UK, compared to 6,000 pounds in France, 2,300 pounds in Spain, and 1,800 pounds in Germany.
