The KFTC said it had secured materials related to suspected collusion by the two duty-free retailers. It carried out an on-site investigation at the retailers' stores at Incheon International Airport yesterday, the report added. In March, the KFTC fined Lotte and Shilla a combined 1.8 billion won ($1.59 million) for colluding to eliminate electronic goods that had low profit margins from their discounted product line....
