Facebook puts strict data protection rules on Stackla

( September 27, 2019, 14:52 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Facebook is imposing strict data protection agreements on app partners such as Stackla, as made clear in a "master subscription agreement" filed with a federal court as part of a legal dispute between Facebook and Stackla. The contract forbids Stackla from any use of Facebook user data other than to the extent necessary to provide the software services it is contracted to provide, and in the event of a data breach, to pay the costs of providing notices to consumers and for credit monitoring for at least one year. Stackla must also notify Facebook within two days of any investigation by regulators.See document below....
