German Supreme Court declares appeal against ruling on access to coffee cartel case file inadmissible

( March 21, 2014, 13:01 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Germany's Federal Supreme Court has ruled that it isn't responsible for reviewing a lower court's decision on access to documents, regarding a cartel among coffee roasters. The case stems from a dispute between Tchibo and two individuals, and customers including Metro and Norma, over access to documents requested for the preparation of potential damages actions.
