​Qualcomm seeks dismissal of Apple's first amended complaint over licensing practices

Curiel to dismiss Apple's first amended complaint against the chipmaker accusing it of anti-competitive patent licensing practices that allowed it to overcharge for patent royalties and abuse its power in the market for wireless patents. Apple's motion seeks declaratory judgments on the nine "additional" patents-in-suit that have not been discussed, Qualcomm argued.
