Hong Kong antitrust regulator to form litigation services panel

( May 30, 2016, 07:22 GMT | Official Statement) -- Hong Kong's Competition Commission is inviting expressions of interest from law firms to join a panel of solicitors to be formed by the regulator. The panel may provide litigation services, including advice and legal representation in enforcement cases where the commission acts as an applicant, in relation to cases where it acts as respondent in judicial review proceedings or proceedings for reviews of reviewable determinations, it said in a statement. The closing date for applications is June 15.The regulator's statement is attached....
