Universal Components, 3G Truck & Trailer Parts oppose UK CMA's provisional merger findings

The CMA's deadline to reach a decision following an in-depth probe is Jan. 21, 2021. The authority said the merger could result in higher prices and poorer service for the two companies’ customers, namely, distributors that supply UK garages and repair shops.Statement follows.
