KPPU commissioner Kamser Lumbanradja said the watchdog had the right to take decisive action against any violations in such partnerships, in accordance with its supervisory role involving partnerships between small and large companies. He added that it also had the obligation to play an advocacy role in cases where smaller business were harmed by large companies, or in which bigger firms abused their dominant positions. He said the KPPU would provide recommendations to improve agreements made between small and large businesses. ...
