Flextronics files reply in support of US appeals court reviving inductors price-fixing case

( October 3, 2022, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Flextronics International filed a reply brief in support of its request that the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit reverse the dismissal of its US price-fixing claims against TDK, Murata, Sagami, Panasonic, Sumida, and Taiyo Yuden over inductors. “Appellees did not meaningfully respond to most of Flex’s allegations, instead focusing on Flex’s supposed failure to allege parallel conduct, which Appellees erroneously conflate with parallel pricing. This Court should reverse the district court because Flex plausibly alleged reciprocal information exchanges, which are parallel conduct, and alleged a plausible conspiracy,” it said.See document below. ...
