Samsung faces false-advertising lawsuit over alleged human-rights violations

French human-rights groups Sherpa and ActionAid France claim the electronics manufacturer has been using child labor, breaching health and safety standards and making staff work excessively long hours. The groups say that these allegations are in direct contrast to the ethical commitments the company has made over working conditions.
