The parties gave key points for consideration by the CMA's inquiry group in assessing the deal's impact on the provision of rail signaling services in the UK, saying it would be able to "open up the UK market by creating a competitor that can better respond to the [UK's Train Control Systems Framework] and which may contribute to breaking the duopoly of Siemens and Alstom-Bombardier."Statement attached....
