Federal court rules in favor of Teladoc, blocking Texas Medical Board rule and preserving telehealth in Texas

( June 1, 2015, 14:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A federal judge has granted an injunction barring a Texas Medical Board rule that would require a face-to-face visit before physicians are allowed to prescribe medication to patients, telehealth provider Teladoc said.
