Google asks US Ninth Circuit for limited remand of Chrome browser privacy case

( January 19, 2023, 17:34 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Google is asking a US appeals court to send a proposed class action accusing Google of collecting Chrome browser users' personal data without consent back to the district court "for the limited purpose" of weighing in on a data preservation issue.
