German cable association assesses how to challenge Liberty Global, KabelBW deal

The settlement included Deutsche Telekom and NetCologne withdrawing their appeals against the regulator’s merger approval to the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, provided that Liberty Global makes an undisclosed payment to the two parties.
