Law professors say sheep ranchers engaged in an employer cartel

( September 17, 2019, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A group of law professors filed a brief urging the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit to hold a panel rehearing in a case accusing sheep rancher associations of conspiring to suppress the wages paid to herders. They say, “While the law permits the ranchers to post job openings through the agencies, the ranchers do not use the agencies only to post job openings.
