MP's assistants may face jail in road-building bribery case

The Jakarta Corruption Court indictment said the pair had taking bribes of 3 billion rupiah ($226,936) from contracting firm Windu Tunggal Utama's president director, Abdul Khoir, to be given to Putranti and several other MPs. The charges were considered mild as both were asked by the prosecutor to name everyone involved in the alleged wrongdoing....
