St. Luke’s, Saltzer ask judge to consider stay of divestiture pending appeal

( March 5, 2014, 15:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: St. Luke's Health System and Saltzer Medical Group filed on Tuesday a motion to stay a court's order of divestiture pending their appeal to the US Court of Appeals to the Ninth Circuit. The companies' attorneys argued that there is no evidence that their current relationship would hurt competition, but there is substantial evidence that their patients and employees would be harmed if the two separated.See the motion below....
