Steves and Sons argues that the court should wait to decide the issue of lost profits until the parties have submitted all relevant evidence. “Steves is confident that, following the full presentation of evidence, the court will agree that Steves has presented sufficient evidence to allow to jury to decide Steves’ lost profits claim,” says the company.See document below....
