EU urged to accelerate deployment of charging infrastructure for e-vehicles by auditors

The availability of recharging infrastructure varies “substantially” between EU countries, and travel across the bloc in electric vehicles remains hampered by non-harmonized payment systems. “The European Commission should prepare a strategic roadmap to meet charging infrastructure targets, and establish minimum standards and requirements,” the auditors said in a statement.A statement and the report are attached....
