Judge stays antitrust patent licensing case against RPX

( March 5, 2014, 00:38 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers in Oakland has stayed an antitrust patent licensing suit against patent aggregator RPX filed by Cascades Computer Innovation for 120 days. Rogers stayed the case pending resolution of a patent infringement suit in the Northern District of Illinois involving one the patents in the antitrust case in Oakland.
