The government will submit enabling legislation to a parliamentary session that begins this month. Under the plan, the government will create a forum to discuss cybersecurity issues with representatives of local governments, power companies, railroad operator and others. The forum will also form an alliance with companies and government organizations in the US and elsewhere, according to the newspaper....
