UK FCA seeks GBP75 million fine against Keydata ex-CEO Ford

( May 26, 2015, 10:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK Financial Conduct Authority said it is seeking a 75 million pound fine against Keydata Investment Services former Chief Executive Stewart Owen Ford for selling investments that didn’t mean regulatory standards and for concealing information from regulators. The FCA also is seeking fines of 4 million pounds for the advisory firm’s former Sales Director Mark John Owen and 200,000 pounds against former Compliance Officer Peter Francis Johnson.
