Another VW Korea executive summoned by prosecutor over emissions scandal

Kuehl has been in charge of the imports and sales of Volkswagen vehicles in South Korea since 2013. Last week, Johannes Thammer, the chief of the company, was summoned twice to be questioned over the same allegation, but he dismissed the accusations....
