Google motion to dismiss Android 'lockbox' privacy claims should be denied, plaintiff tells US judge

"Google’s motion to dismiss is nothing more than a recycled version of previous arguments that this Court has already twice rejected," McCoy told US Magistrate Judge Susan van Keulen.
