( October 23, 2020, 20:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler has denied a Trump Administration motion to remove her injunction blocking President Donald Trump's executive order removing WeChat from US app stores. "The government’s additional evidence does not alter the court’s previous holding that the plaintiffs are entitled to a preliminary injunction," Beeler wrote in an order filed in federal court in San Francisco. See attached order....
