Current, former NGK executives indicted for alleged roles in conspiracy to fix prices of car parts

The one-count indictment  charges them with conspiracy to fix the prices of spark plugs, standard oxygen sensors and air fuel ratio sensors sold to DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor, Fuji Heavy Industries, General Motors, Honda Motor, Nissan Motor, Toyota Motor and certain of their US subsidiaries between January 2000 and July 2011.Statement follows in full. ...
