New EU airspace management rules ready for final vote in parliament

( October 14, 2024, 15:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The reform of the EU airspace management rules, known as Single European Sky, is a step closer to final adoption, after the transport committee of the European Parliament recommended its approval by a broad majority today. The proposed reform was informally agreed by EU negotiators in March after years of negotiations. Following the committee approval, the European Parliament may formally approve the deal next week, ahead of the final greenlight by the bloc’s national ministers.Press release follows....
