In Touch Games fined GBP6.1 million for money-laundering failings

( January 25, 2023, 12:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: In Touch Games has been fined 6.1 million pounds by the UK's Gambling Commission for money laundering and social responsibility failings. The company, which operates websites including bonusboss.co.uk and cashmo.co.uk, didn't properly take account of politically exposed persons and the body's guidance on money laundering. This isn't the first time In Touch has been fined by the regulator. It was fined 2.2 million pounds in 2019 for regulatory failures, and in 2021 it received a 3.4 million-pound fine and warning for other issues.Statement follows....
